Spine Align provides Pilates-based wellness sessions, posture education, and workplace wellness programs for individuals and organizations.
All services are designed to support general health, movement, posture, and well-being.

Although sessions are led by a certified Pilates instructor with a medical background, Spine Align does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, or healthcare services.
Our content and sessions should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. Clients should consult their physician before beginning any exercise program.
4. Client Responsibility
Participants are responsible for:
* Ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
* Informing Spine Align of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations before sessions.
* Following instructor guidance during all sessions.
5. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. By participating in Spine Align sessions, clients acknowledge and accept these risks and participate voluntarily.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Spine Align shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in our services, except where required by applicable law.
7. Bookings & Cancellations
* Session bookings are subject to availability.
* Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
* Late cancellations may be subject to charges or loss of the session.
8. Corporate Services
For corporate wellness programs, scheduling, participant numbers, venue requirements, and payment terms will be agreed upon separately with the client organization.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, and branding, is the property of Spine Align and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Privacy
Any personal information submitted through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
